Get Started and Availability

We will set up a consultation so I can meet you and your cat(s) as well as discuss any particular needs you may have and answer your questions. There are four simple forms I ask you to complete (see below) which give me the information I need to give your cat(s) the best care.

Forms

You may print and fill it out in advance of the consultation or I can bring them for us to fill them out together at your consultation.

  1. CLIENT INFORMATION
  2. CAT INFORMATION
  3. WAIVER/VET RELEASE
  4. TRAVEL INFORMATION

If you decide to schedule service I will need a tested key. Payment is due before services begin.  Please see my Services and Rates page for more information on what I offer as well as the pricing structure.  Also please read over the Policies before you schedule.

Lastly, it can be difficult for some cats when their people travel. Consider a few small things you can do before you leave:  Read here for advice on improving your cat’s well being when you travel.

NOTE:

Most cat sitting appointments take place in the morning through early afternoon, so it is not usually possible for me to make late afternoon/dinner time visits.
